In this video tutorial, viewers learn how to shuck a fresh oyster with an oyster knife. An oyster knife is a knife which has been specially designed for the purpose of opening oysters. Users will also need a towel. Make sure oyster is cleaned that it is tightly closed. Put the knife in the oyster gap and go across the top of the shell.
