Ed McFarland shared his recipe for the lobster rolls he serves at his restaurant, Ed's Lobster Bar, in New York City. You will need whole lobsters, mayonnaise, lemon juice, celery, coarse salt and ground pepper, hot dog rolls, unsalted butter, fresh chives and Ed's pickle mix for serving.
