How to Prepare crab cakes
In order to prepare Crab Cakes, you will need the following ingredients: 1 lbs jumbo lump crab meat, 4 T. mayonnaise, 1 T. of yellow mustard, ¬O cup of chopped yellow onions, 1 cup of breadcrumbs, 1 tsp of salt, 1 tsp of black pepper, and 1 tsp of cayenne pepper.
Combine ingredients in a bowl. Mix well. Form crab mixture into balls/patties. Roll in breadcrumbs. Heat oil in a skillet. Add crab cakes to skillet. Fry them until they are golden brown. Turn them over once. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Bake in the oven, on a cookie sheet, for approximately 15 minutes. Serve with a sauce.
