Scallops are delectable, tender pieces of shellfish which are best when fresh from the sea. This film will show you how to open the shell, remove the scallop, remove the muscle, and clean them for later use. You will need scallops, an oyster knife, tea towel, tray, spoon, and two bowls, one with cold water.
