She mixes and then squeezes the other half of the lime over the dish. (She notes that lemons are OK to substitute.) She puts the lid on and lets the dish cook for about 4 minutes. She opens the lid after 4 minutes and it is ready. She notices that there is no runny water and the peas are cooked. She then adds 1/2 teaspoon of salt but notes that you can add as much as you want. The video ends with a shot of the dish on a dinner plate surrounded by a setting. It looks delicious.
