1 pound large shrimp/prawns

4 egg whites

2/3 cup rice flour

3 Tablespoons water if needed

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1 Tablespoon sweetened condensed milk

2 Tablespoons honey

2/3 cup sugar

1 cup water

1/2 cup walnuts or more
